03.18.2025: Resize Span, Trace, and Session Tables 🔀

Available in Phoenix 8.14+

We've added the ability to resize Span, Trace, and Session tables. Resizing preferences are now persisted in the tracing store, ensuring settings are maintained per-project and per-table.
