FAQ

What should I set as a Model vs. Model Version?
  • A Model is a larger entity in your Arize account. A model has its own configurations to set up a baseline and monitors. These monitors will apply across all versions.
    • Example: Pricing Model for San Francisco
  • A Model Version can be used to do filtering, compare performance, and even narrow down specific widgets on a dashboard. Each new model version is not set up with its own unique monitors by default, but custom monitors can be created to only look at a specific version . Learn more about Model Versions here.
